What happened
The business: Piksort is bringing agile technology to Tier-1 compliance workflows (ISO 9001 / Safety Audits) in the Mining & Infrastructure sector. The thesis: translate site photos into a legally defensible "Visual Compliance" workflow for major projects.
My role: Strategic Advisor to the founding team. Advising on Enterprise Go-To-Market and Product Strategy. Fit is strong because I spent years at Aurecon modelling mining operations and understand both the buyer (operations leadership) and the legal-defensibility bar (ISO compliance).
Engagement is active.
