About Marga Haus
A strategic advisory practice for founders who want clarity, not slide decks.
The Name
"Marga" is Sanskrit for "the path" — the journey of seeking, letting go, and finding clarity. "Haus" references a formative house in Clifton Hill, Melbourne, where the founder was surrounded by other founders during a period of deep personal and professional transformation.
On the surface, Marga Haus reads as a premium, globally-fluent brand. The origin story is a reveal, not a label.
The Founder
Tanuj is a Melbourne-based consultant, founder, and multi-venture operator. His career spans management consulting (Accenture, Aurecon), AI-native software development (MVP Guru), and early-stage venture building across 4 countries.
The rare combination of consulting pedigree + AI-native builder chops + actual founder skin-in-the-game is what sets Marga Haus apart. This isn't advice from a hotel lobby. It's strategic partnership from someone who has shipped product, raised capital, and built teams.
Marga Haus exists because founders deserve strategic partners who understand that a perfect GTM model means nothing if you can't ship, hire, or survive the next board meeting.

Background includes
Accenture. Aurecon. MVP Guru. Plus three ventures of my own — built, scaled, and (twice) sold.
Every framework you'll see in an engagement has been stress-tested against real P&Ls, real cap tables, and real 2am decisions — not just slide decks.
What Drives the Work
Precision with Empathy
Bringing analytical rigour while understanding the emotional reality of building a company. Data-driven frameworks, but acknowledging the sleepless nights.
Clarity Under Pressure
Cutting through complexity to provide clear direction when stakes are high. Distilling 50-slide strategy decks into 3 actionable priorities.
Builder's Mindset
Not just advising but rolling up sleeves to help implement. Creating actual frameworks, templates, and processes — not just recommendations.
Founder-First
Understanding the unique pressures of building from scratch. Recognising when to pivot strategy based on cash flow realities, not just market opportunity.
